Hi I was the person who told him to shoot you as the day before there was KOS happening to vagos more then once and it was obvious there is a war and at the time we was being KOS so we did it to you guys.

Tbh I feel he was whispering on his side so this may be his fault but in all fairness thats what happens when gangs retaliate it wasnt about you it was about the colour you had on.

To add to this. KOS was agreed with every gang to stay on turfs and wars should be RPed everywhere else as that makes sense. You wouldnt drive up to a public carpark with people all around and shoot someone

Thank you for your report. From my understanding of the word "war" and its application on the server, there needs to be details discussed in the background, such as KOS areas, the wearing of gang attire etc etc. In this instance, this was completely random. I understand that there is a history between two groups which encourages hostile roleplay but not completely random killing of players (potentially afk in this instance). You are obligated to give high quality roleplay before attempting to kill anyone. There was no expectation of danger because it was completely uncalled for. If danger is to be expected, such as the agreed upon terms as mentioned above, another story would be told here.
