Please (in detail) describe the incident: Man drives out the cab spot and hits me, then does a spin and floors the vehicle straight into me and drives off, seemed like he was new to the city

hello @iliketoroleplaywe normally require atleast 3 minutes of footage prior to the situation, are you or any of the friends you were talking to able to provide said footage or is this it?

The 3 minutes before this was me in casino that is why you could hear the audience, but you can clearly see he hit and runs without saying anything at all.

but no i don't have the rest of the footage

yes, that may be the case that he doesn't say anything in the video, but given the short length of the video we can't determine that there wasn't any RP between you and the reported member prior to this incident

given you've stated that you don't have more than the 34 seconds of footage i'll have to decline this report, due to lack of evidence
