What best describes this incident: Stunt Driving
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Guy was helping his friend escape a kidnapping. We were chasing it when he decided to jump over the side and onto the road below from a great height. This gave him enough of a lead to lose myself. Other units found them stealing a car seconds later. He managed to crash into me on the wrong side of the road and obviously his car was fucked. They've been arrested but at that point he was upset I wasnt letting him repair as if I rammed him on purpose at 100m/ph. He was AFK for the majority of the time in the cells and car, didn't speak to myself or anyone else for the first 15-20minutes. He expressed this as well in looc not only voice.

Overall piss poor attitude. After gaining an unfair advantage with a stunt jump he wanted me to give him a free repair because of his shit driving. When I didn't he did everything to ruin any further RP. This as far as im aware is not tehnically a rule break, but it is the reason i didn't liason this. Just piss poor attitude imo and I don't think a liason will resolve it.

Believe the driving is stunt driving.

This is me you've reported, so I'll reply here.

I'll address the stunt driving first. The drop if you go down, isn't that big, from your view it's a lot bigger than it looks. If staff deems this a stunt jump I hold my hands up and apologise. I didn't intend to break this rule. The gaining an unfair advantage in my opinion is clutching onto strings, I'm riding a motorcycle which does 70mph while your vehicle does over 150mph and has the best acceleration in the city. You can easily catch up to me, especially with the multiple units following the chase.

Now onto the "piss poor attitude", you rammed us head-on and instantly used force. I asked for a repair so we could continue the chase and the roleplay, but it seemed like you were too interested in getting a win by arresting us. I could say you are in the wrong for not roleplaying your injuries, as a crash at 100mph even with a seatbelt would do some damage. You told me in LOOC to sort it out in roleplay after I tried to do that exactly by asking for a repair. I know the RPU lot love the chases which don't end within 30 seconds and I was willing to give everyone a good chase no matter the outcome at the end. You also say it's because of my shit driving yet you drove directly into me even after being given a direction of travel by other officers. Both times I've been arrested by you tonight, you spent 90% of the time talking to other officers or on your PNC, not giving me an ounce of roleplay. Why should I give you any roleplay when you give absolutely nothing back to me? I can't roleplay when you act like a brick wall the whole time you are in the cells.

I am a police main on the server but after the last week or so, I can see why crims kick up a fuss about certain aspects of the current roleplay given by police.

I am still happy to QE and sort this out but I won't be replying unless staff needs me to. This is a pathetic report because I called out your standard of roleplay

I would also like to add that you complained about your further roleplay being ruined, yet you instantly denied anything further from happening when you stopped me from being exchanged for a hostage my group had outside. You talk about roleplay being ruined, yet you denied a whole other roleplay story being created because you were adamant I was going to prison.

Yes the initial reason for the report has been for fail driving however both of you have brought more on the table which some part plays off in the custody cells so I would like to have a look at what transpired during the custody period.
If you have this footage I would like to see this.

Hello @Brick Carstein & @Rupingle!

Having taken a look at the evidence and comments provided there's a few things that can be raised here.
First and foremost the stunt/fail driving

: The jump made from that road onto the other one isn't that huge, however realistically a bike would not have survived such a jump thus you shouldn't have been able to drive like nothing had happened especially with a passenger on there, especially when wheelying your engine block against a concrete wall.

Going ahead in the video we forward to the collision between the interceptor and Rupingles at Mazebank both of you are not roleplaying any sort of injury at a crash of 70 Km/h which let's be honest would hurt somewhat, right?

Finally the OOC/LOOC usage:
In this screenshot can see both of you arguing, this is not what LOOC/OOC is for, if you have a problem with something that happened ingame you take it to discord, you report it on the forums or leave it!
When you chat in LOOC/OOC you speak as yourself not your character, because of this I will ask of both of you to remain civil to one another in the future.

Asking an officer for repairs whilst you have commit a crime and them not complying to such request is anything far from piss-poor attitude, Far from it, an officer allowing you to repair your vehicle and "restart" a pursuit can't even be considered roleplay in the first place.

@Rupingle when a situation doesn't go your way or you don't agree with, it's not a reason to behave yourself in the manner that you did. If you believe someone has broken a rule doesn't mean you can break rules too and if you are not here to roleplay, I am not quite sure what your intentions are.
Because of the two instances of Faildriving & the abovementioned I will be acting upon this.

@Brick as you may have noticed there may have been some frustration involved, so please have a little more tact in your OOC messages & remind yourself to roleplay some degree of injuries whenever you are caught in a collision going forward!
