I'll just dive straight into this, I'm extremely disappointed to see this same person back in the report a player section in such a short amount of time AND for the same reason, it is clear that from these reports, this individual is not here to RP to a high standard and will have an aboslutely terrible attitude when being held accountable for his actions, as seen here with the Police.

For that reason I'll be skipping a tier in the FBS and will be enacting the following.
