Please (in detail) describe the incident: An ongoing situation between The Coalition and The Syndicate group is where this takes place. Bit of context prior to the report: The Syndicate attempted to claim the Coalition Ranch as their own turf. Kyle (the member that I am currently reporting) was a member of Coalition.

During the ongoing situation, the first clip shows myself and a coalition member named Nova attempting to grab Kyle and interrogate him. The mission was a success, but in this incident, I and Nova asked Kyle to exit the vehicle whilst holding Kyle at gunpoint. Kyle spoke on his radio, which then gave his group a location. After Kyle exited the vehicle, I attempted to restrain Kyle using zip ties. Kyle proceeded to speak on the radio and said, "I'm being robbed," before Nova shot Kyle. (C1.7) Common Sense

In the second clip, Kyle's group pushed the ranch. Kyle's group was put down in a fight that lasted around 20 minutes. Once at the Dodge doctor location, the leader of Coalition (Jax) used the Dodge defibs on Kyle. Kyle got up and stuck his hands in the air. I then attempted to zip tie Kyle; during the process, Kyle attempted to pull out his combat PDW whilst 4 guns were pointing at him. Another Coalition member (Pete) feared for my life and shot Kyle with a shotgun. (G2.4) Value of Life

With the Common Sense clip, I have footage of roughly 30 minutes prior and 30 minutes after.

Hi Higgs,

Firstly I’d like to thank you for such a well written, in depth report, I have had no issues at all making sense of it.

C1.7 - Nobody told me not to radio, there were no discussions of communication devices, in a moment of panic I have radioed.

G2.4 - As explained in Discord, however I assume you are unsatisfied with my explanation, I placed my hands up, whilst I had them up I also entered my inventory in preparation of dropping my items (this isn’t my first rodeo, you see) I categorically decline the accusation of NVL. I can understand it from your perspective in that clip, but I’ve been in the city a long time, I am certainly not stupid enough to pull a wimpy little SMG out whilst I am staring down the barrel of a shotgun, amongst atleast 3 other weapons.

If this has NOT been a visual error (which I wholeheartedly believe it has been) then one can only assume I’ve fat fingered it whilst opening my Inventory (hands up = x / inventory = F3, gun was slot 1 I believe) - however I’m sure admins will be able to check the logs and confirm whether I did indeed hit the hotkey, if that is the case then I am due somebody an apology!

So the claims here for NVL ill start with that. Its pretty clear to me that the zipties are already going to be on which would not allow him to actually pull the gun because of course, he would have been ziptied. So, maybe he did reach for the gun or maybe he accidentally pressed the key who knows. Ultimately, his gun would have never actually come out because of the ziptie and it changed the scenario in no way other than someone shot him. Which they didnt actually need to do because like i say his gun would have not come out.

The common sense, nobody ever said criminals had to be the smartest tool in the shed. If he wants to radio with a couple guns at him thats up to him. What you do with that is for you to decide in RP
