Please (in detail) describe the incident: Two new guys turn up to AE cause issues starts punching ect ect ends up down. starts talking OOC ect, they got revived and we gave them the benefit of the doubt and RP'ed with them more (silly of us ) but they didn't stop so we put them in our car to dump them because we are not having people insult people for how they sound or where they are from then they started with what is clear in the video. after this they pop their heads almost straight away.

Thanks for your report.

Conveniently, one of these players has already been banned for this incident as a staff member witnessed this. 

Video speaks for itself, 450 clearly is not here for RP and not the type of person we want in this community.

You can also hear 443 referencing the OOC Chat when one of your friends requested staff. I'm happy to say they clearly are not interested in playing in this server, breaking multiple rules.
