Please (in detail) describe the incident: There was a situation where Jackson ID 44 was shot at bobcat by myself. He was then taken to Pillbox for medical after a while and was treated by NHS, after he got up he immediately pulled out a firearm and took a hostage to escape the situation. After he was then caught again he was receiving medical treatment again, as he was receiving treatment by the NHS, where he had NHS actively treating him and he was surrounded by police, his friends abused the vehicle placement ability to instantly transport him into their vehicle to then escape with him.

Yea i was the one who placed jackson in the car.

I was being nosey on scene when we drove past and then was offered some money by one of Jacksons friends to place him in the vehicle when they pulled up. Which i was not going to turn the offer down so when the RS3 pulled up i crouched next to jackson for atleast 10 seconds or more which would have gave the police more than enough time to stop my attempt at putting him in the vehicle.

But in QE i was first to join and held my hands up and did say it could of been done better in my opinion and realise that after the fact the door to the RS3 could of been open and made it look more like we was trying to get him and i could of added some /mes into the mix aswell

I appreciate that during QE you at least seemed to understand why it wasn't ideal, sadly the others involved didn't seem to share that understanding.

Hello Kylo,

It could be argued that I was being forced into combat/aggressive situation by having a firearm in my procession as well as I was about to be arrested by the officers present. Even though you did headshot me during the first encounter, I didn't want to pass away but instead roleplayed having a neck injury and being unconscious due to the loss of blood since I was on the floor of bobcat for nearly 15 minutes. I stayed consistent with my injuries the whole time shouting out multiple times my neck hurts etc... I didn't combat roll and mainly stood still pointing a firearm at Rio's head having a right old laugh. I'm a criminal with a firearm in my procession who hasn't been searched yet, anyone in a realistic situation would use it. I didn't start a firefight but instead used a hostage to my advantage to get away. You spoke about roleplay being ruined as Jolly couldn't arrest me for my warrant even though he has up to 30 days to arrest me. I would also argue that the roleplay has been furthered as I've now got multiple more charges and have actually become more of a target for the police as whole.

It's funny how you will brag about a win like you did in the G6 channel after one bombing me but absolutely ruleplay to the max when the situation doesn't go in a favourable way for yourself.

How about I counter and say that your main argument in QE with the staff member playing officer delaney present is that we are playing GTA and that its not meant to be realistic. Please stick to points made about the incident rather than attacks against my person.

I've pushed my side of the story and my thought process at the time, I also made that comment because it seemed like you expected every scenario to be a direct copy of real life even though we are playing a computer game but never the less, I do enjoy roleplay and I always try my best to push the best possible in every situation. However, I'm not going to have a back and forth with you, I'll leave it up for staff to decide what they want to do with it.

I would like to add, I've spoken to people involved in the pillbox situation and they told me they really enjoyed the roleplay as a whole. You seem to be the only person who has a problem with the main situation even though you weren't involved one bit except from standing guard and pointing a weapon a few times.

Edit to reply to your edit, I will say i'm happy that some people got enjoyment out of the situation. However during Liaison the CID officer that was arresting you for your warrant that you hoped to escape with this rule break was discontented with the way it was carried out. Also, considering I was the one that initiated the situation with me along with a police officer being the ones to enter bobcat and encounter your group, and then me being the one there challenging and then injuring you id say i'm more than just someone who was pointing a weapon a few times. Thus, considering the 2 main people involved in the scene, being the one with the evidence and that caused your detainment, along with your arresting officer being unhappy I'd say it frankly doesnt matter how much people that werent affected by the rulebreak enjoyed it.

Hey @CodyLtd thank you for taking the time to report this incident.

As it always seems to be a repeating pattern with a lot of reports make yourself aware of Wiki: Report Requirements as any clips must include 3-5 minutes of unedited footage before the rule break occurs so that we can see the context and lead up to the incident as otherwise reports may be automatically denied at the discretion of staff.

Now looking into the evidence which has been provided and the contents of this report G4.5 is a clear rule break by @Rupingle As you were not forced into any situation like you have tried to argue about when you look at G4.5 the following is what needs to be taken into considering, you pulled your weapon instantly after being revived and decided to take an officer hostage for your own advantage in that situation

- Due to your injuries, you must not enter any combat situation until at least 15 minutes have passed, unless an aggressor forces you into combat, in which case you must still roleplay your injuries.
- Due to your injuries, you must not re-enter the combat situation that caused you to be downed, unless an aggressor forces you into combat. Deliberately placing yourself in a position that would re-enter you into that combat situation is not allowed.

As for the claims of G1.5 Powergaming, Im assume you are referring to where @Billy Bubbles had placed Jackson into the vehicle although you have claimed yourself "his friends abused the vehicle placement ability to instantly transport" I wouldn't say it is Powergaming or Exploiting but the lack of roleplay leaves more to be desired and I hope its not the standard of RP I see from any groups in the future but Im glad that @Billy Bubbles understands he can do better in the future.
