What best describes this incident: (G9.8) Emergency Vehicles - It is forbidden to take NHS/Fire vehicles without consent.
Please (in detail) describe the incident: During an active scene between unknown persons and police. SUPPORT-1 & AS-1 was on standby for any medical treatment on scene. During this time i heard my vehicle alarms going off and was unsure at the time why. That's when i had seen someone inside who had broken into the vehicle from the passenger side wearing a Read Suit and a strawberry Mask. I told this person to exit the vehicle on which he did not answer and drove off then started to taunt me by driving around in front of me. At this time i was enjoying my RP responding to emergency Fire Dispatches and talking with members of the public.
I was able to get my vehicle back as this person left it and tried to break into MRPS. At this time reported it to police. I then parked in the little carpark just inside MRPS next to the DSU cannels and he attempted to break in again to my vehicle. I warned him multiple times to stop and refused. He then changed his mind attempted to break into a police vehicle. Police was able to stop him and arrest him with myself providing bodycam. After this situation and the suspect getting a fine. As i was leaving, he got into my vehicle again with me in it. I told him to leave and he got out.
Now to sum this all up. I do not care if people break into Emergency Vehicles like police vehicle. As they are allowed to but not NHS/Fire. This felt like the person in question did not care at all about his actions and know what he was doing by stealing my Fire Service Vehicle.
