Please (in detail) describe the incident: Initiated a pursuit whereby it was going well until the person decided to do 2 different stunt jumps during / throughout. They are both clearly indicated in the video and I attempted to call this person to QE about it but they failed to reply in OOC.

This type of issue is happening more and more and I will not allow this to happen, so I have decided the following.
