Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was coming out of the pharmacy and he just ran me over and ran away, I hadn't done anything to him and he just decided to drive over me and run away, Im not sure about the timezones but i think it was around 14.40 or 15.40, Google says it would be 14.40. There were 2 but i didnt get the other ID. Couldnt resolve with him because he was gone immediately and he didnt reply in OOC either.

Both players who were RVDM'ing have already been caught and banned. I will however, add this to their notes!
