Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and Axel Villa were driving around and decided to check the hill, it seemed as if the individual being reported was selling so we went to talk to him. We weren't believing his story so he was asked to pull over to the side so that the other sellers didn't get disturbed. He said he was going to go to the side then proceeded to drive off and combat log (3:20 in the video).
For the second combat log the individual was seen driving down from the hill on the back of a Ducati. He pulled over near Clinton fuel and combat logged instantly (8:28 in the video).
He logged back in, got in a local jester and we chased him around the city (that is where the id 445 came from).
