Please (in detail) describe the incident: I first met 431 at an intersection where I attempted to speak with him but he couldn't or wouldn't talk. I told him to get his eyes checked as he rammed into me multiple times. Then I left heading towards legion square and he followed me. After two seconds he rammed me again and broke my car. Thankfully a group of people saw this and came to help me, but he ran them over as well. One of these individuals shot 431 and ended his rampage. They told me to get out of there and I feared for my life, so I left. I did not clip it as the other group told me they had the situation under control (as he VDM them not me) so I assume they were going to report him. After the doctors revived him he must have come back to find me as my car is very noticeable. The clip begins with his second interaction with me, telling me to get out and if I remember him. He then proceeds to ram me so I fled for help. Thankfully a police car was near so I drove towards them honking and ultimately crashing into them, but to no avail did they help or intervene. After I assumed either the police would come back, he left in fear or that they were chasing him. Unfortunately the police had better things to do so they left me to my crashed car. I got out to repair it and he proceeds to ran over me multiple times. I gave him a chance to come to TS but he just ignored me.
