Please (in detail) describe the incident: Pretty simple RDM really, was driving around looking for a vehicle to use when I saw a bike with no one near it in the middle of the road. I then got on the bike and out from a bush comes 478 and shoots me with a shotgun, no rp involved in it whatsoever. That was me indeed it was. I did say it louder but Obviously that was my mistake I watched you get out of the car and go for the bike before then proceeding to shoot you, You came into a on-going situation and tried to rob my Vice Presidents motorcycle. But regardless you asked me into one of the discord rooms I asked which one 3 times I do believe while being in a situation and you never replied and yes I did tag you each time. And that is when I sent that message '' https://gyazo.com/907d19c3b0d5ccc1db89775e4a58b05f '' so clearly out of context and Admins can see my OOC logs stating that otherwise. Reason for me being that way was I WAS IN A RP SITUATION, and was not gonna sit around and interrupt my own RP for a chat when you were ready.

I would of explained this to you when I also arrived at the hospital to see where you healing well but your leader was not having any of it I Digress, You were indeed caught in the middle of a situation at the wrong time my friend, My VP was ran off the road by 3 different cars and where looking for them at the same time and you got the blunt of it.

After reviewing the footage provided and hearing both sides here I think I have a full understanding of the situation at hand. @drippagefamcompletely unaware of the situation that has just unfolded has arrived at your location @Eddie Sixxand attempts to take a bike. Now, at this point you pull up and shoot him with no prior roleplay with him, this is RDM. Had you have asked him to get off the bike and he had refused to do so then I would understand you shooting him however this is really poor on your part and you should be holding yourself to a higher standard of roleplay, you cannot just shoot someone who you have had no prior roleplay with because he arrived at the wrong place wrong time, it is your responsibility who you shoot and it is your responsibility to ensure sufficient rp has taken place before you pull the trigger.
