Hey @JackJohnson thank you for taking the time to report this incident.


From reviewing the evidence it is clear that the reported user did combat log when you and others had responded to the shop alarm, normally as per the report guidelines we do as for 3-5 minutes prior of video evidence and ideally to have the Session ID to the user, Thanks to OneShot getting the player's ID I'm able to confirm that the user did exited and made no attempt to reach out via OOC methods
