Please (in detail) describe the incident: Was going through the process of booking the suspect was basically done with my report, trying to find an inspector as I placed his phone and body camera by accident in the case file. Within that 10-20 seconds he clearly logged, there was no way he could get out of his locked cell.
I was in the cells for a pretty long time after he disappeared and I don't think anything was said in OOC
