Please (in detail) describe the incident: Our group were chasing down a taxi driver with the intent to rob them. I was in my own car, and throughout the chase which is not shown in the clip below, I rammed the taxi multiple times in order for their engine to break down. The other members in the group were following the taxi on a bike and another car.
After successfully making the engine break down, the taxi eventually comes to a halt. My mate wields his sawn off shotgun and gives the taxi driver three seconds to get out of the vehicle. The taxi driver despite being chased for the past 3-4 minutes went completely silent and did not respond to any commands. As a result, my mate shot him and so he was downed.
After about ten-twenty seconds, I then try to pick him up multiple times while communicating with him in which he does not accept.
In summary, the taxi driver did not obey the order to get out of the taxi when clearly instructed to and then failed to accept the pick up by me multiple times.
After this incident, I realised that there was a limit on the amount of storage the OBS replay buffer could shadow record for, hence why the video length is what it is. I have changed it now so it should record upwards of three minutes for the future.
