What best describes this incident ?: G1.5

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I had parked a stolen Zentorno on the side of the road as it had ran out of fuel, I then went to the petrol station to grab a fuel can. When i went back to the car. 411 was with the vehicle inpounding it. My intention was to refuel the vehicle and drive off however the vehicle then despawned. 411 used the Bob method when it was required and therefore stopped anything further from happening and forcing it to be a "win" situation for police, and also prevented any further roleplay between myself and the police.

I have approached 413 on discord as they didn't respond to my ingame ooc message however im not satisfied with the outcome of the chat (screenshotted below). He also states in discord that the zentorno was "half in the ground half in the bus stop" however how he stands contradicts this.

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I'm going to keep this sort as this matter is small. The Zentorno that was on the side of the street in my characters eyes and was glitched and some how as infused itself with a bus stop. Because of this, i did think by calling for someone to come a get it would do any good because of how the vehicle was, Therefor i used the BOB method. Now after talking with said person ABOVE on DM regarding this matter, i understand where he is coming from as it could of looked a lot different in his eyes.

I haven't denied/lied about using it the bob method and tried to make this person understand the reasons behind it but clear as we can see that this has made the situation for himself not okay and resulted to end up here. 

After carefully talking with a member that knows about the rules a lot better then i do. He can understand what the issue is and has made me understand what the issue was. So i haven't denied/lied using the BOB method but it was not intention for how Jacob Riley has quoted "You forced it to a win situation for yourself". This was a small matter and didn't need to be reported but as i said in our conversation "I appreciate you coming to speak with me regarding this matter and you more then welcome to do what you like".
