Please (in detail) describe the incident: Was just drifting around the city, accidentally hit this guy and was about to apologise and take him to pillbox when i was greeted with a not so friendly response. The clip speaks for itself honestly.

Although we normally allow 24 hours, for both sides to be heard before actioning a report - due to the nature of this report, I see no reason to delay. 

Player is using derogatory / discriminatory slurs, with zero role play context, after accidentally being injured in a traffic accident.
