Please (in detail) describe the incident: The player was being chased for a police RP the player and his oppo met up without the use of radio or phone comms therefore after consulting with others players within police and staff we can agree that is "OUT OF GAME COMMS"

That was me you were chasing, and I will fully agree that it looks that way however I can assure you that is not the case.

The friend who picked me up was at PD and witnessed me being arrested. I was initially tasered off of his bike outside PD and placed in cuffs. Officers then told him to get off his bike as he was trying to aid me in getting away to which he drove off. A few minutes later another officer accidently let me out of cuffs so I made a break for it.

When my friend had left PD he went to Ammunation to purchase a knife and then made his way back to PD to see what was going on with me. This is where he spotted me and multiple officers running in the middle of the road.

I have recently returned to the server from a 6-7 month long ban and have been improving my RP. I would do nothing that would jeopardize this. 

After he picked me up and had gotten away, we were sat laughing at how lucky it was.

I apologise as I must have missed you trying to reach out in OOC etc as I would of happily come to TS or Discord to discuss the situation. Once again, I do not blame anyone for thinking this way however it was simply a case of right place, right time.

I would appreciate it if you could provide a longer clip that includes me being put in cuffs and being tasered off of his bike literally a few minutes earlier, to provide context.
