Please (in detail) describe the incident: Attended a NHS callout to someone who was unconscious, I turned up and the patient immediately notified me that there is a man running around with a baseball bat RDMing people, 403 then ran up to me, didn't say anything and knocked me out.

Unable to resolve.

403 - Lorenzo Malizati - As per the fair ban system he will be receiving a 2 day ban for G1.2 (RDM)

Also:
 

334 - Luke Kennedy - I know that you may have been RDM'd however you made no attempt to roleplay the situation with the medic. I know this is fustrating when something like this happens but these issues cannot be dealt with in game like that. If you need any help with controls or anything you can use the F5 menu or you can ask for help on discord. NOT in game when a medic will be roleplaying with you. This is unacceptable and i am going to be handing out a 1 day ban for G2.3

Its worth noting @Ben Rif someone is breaking character so much like that just roleplay with them the most you can and use OOC to direct them onto discord or somewhere else. Best to not break character in game.
