Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was buying a combat pistol In-game. The guy which I approached showed poor RP.
It is shown in the screenshots he claims it 'despawned'
What is despawned? or despawn? in los santos. The Car was still infront of me which he claimed he put it in.

Thanks for letting me know that scamming is not against the Rules.

I am 100% sure that it is Player ID 4. I sent the money to  Player ID  4 which he  asked me to send it too and  confirmed he got it seconds after I sent it. His Phone number is in the Texts surely that can link to his character mate. I was speaking to his friend Aymos that set me  up with him. His friend said he uses 2 personalities and 1 of them is to scam.  

I have messages of his friend saying he has  2 accounts. He  called them  'Acents'. I can get screenshots of the messages of this if needed and still on my  phone. 

His RP was terrible on the situation. I wish I was recording on  my OBS  4k as you can see in the second screen it wasn't open.

I am sorry about  the  lack of evidence and know it may not resolve this.

I have since stopped playing due to this incident and the de-motivation that it has caused me.

Sadly even if the scam confirmed that not gonna solve the problem you have that you got scammed

the problem if he went off RP and that i need to see more of that so i can judge the situation
otherwise i must say i will consider this a lack of evidence and deny this report
