Please (in detail) describe the incident: He started ramming me with he’s car and tried to kill me. He came numerous times and then I chased him. He’s car stopped working near ballas turf. I started whacking him with a machete on my bike. Then at the end he combat logged.

I've had a look into the footage you provided, even at the end of that footage I can still see a session ID.
This does not look like a combat log from the context I have, do you perhaps have any footage that is a little longer showing that he's no longer in the car?

 
Alrighty. Had a further look into the logs and can confirm the player logged off in a different location from what’s seen in the footage, there isn’t enough here to prove he’s combat logged rather than just gone out of reach for the sessionhead to show.

The footage you’ve provided isn’t great at all, i’d suggest making your clips atleast a couple minutes long and to include your audio as well as the rest of the game.

On top of that, when the player did eventually leave the server, it was from a loss of connection, not from purposefully exiting the game.
