Please (in detail) describe the incident: ID 378 was arrested on lower legion for punching me, we took him to the pd, that's were he started spewing the racist remarks, id 319 kept repeating "I cant breathe" when arrested and kept saying "is it cus I'm black" and "BLM"

Would you have a longer video showing everything they have said including proof of their session id's at the time?

unfortunately  i was not able to, however if you see the OOC chat in the clip you can also see my partner stating his ID number,  i hope this further proves that it was indeed that person who was saying those remarks.
