Please (in detail) describe the incident: Before what video shows we robbed 2 guys at the Park ranger place. They were in a car so we went up to them and told them to put their hands up and get out of the car, his friend got out, but this guys locked his car, so I told him to unlock his car and get out or ill shoot him, he replied with "I cant find the button to unlock my car" so I said "Ill count to 5 if you wont unlock your car I will shoot you" he did not unlock the car so I shot him and we were done with him so we robbed his friend. As soon as we were done with that, this guy said "You guys are dumb I got 200k on me" and we were like "Say less mf" I proceeded to lock pick his car and put him in it, to take him to sandy hospital, on the way there while his down he kept on locking and unlocking his car, I said you cant do that, but he didn't really care about that saying I'm not dead I can do it, but couldn't when he was at gun point, but this report is not about that. When we put him in the bed, I went to blow his car up THEN THE VIDEO SATARTS (I have set my GeForce experience to record only 5 mins that's why its not that long and wouldn't even recorded anything if the cops wouldn't have showed up) When he was in bed he refused to give out all the money he got saying "THE SMART THING WOULD BE THAT I HOLD ON TO IT AND GAIN THE TRUST" even after I did (/me takes all money his got) while 3 guys have guns to him and we knew that his doing some skechy shit in his head and just want us to wait there, so I believe he some how metagamed and called cops on on us, while he was down in bed. Cops were ready and knew that something was going on when 1 of our boys said "cops are here" with tassers pulled, so I ran outside got into car and to save the 2 boys that were left in hospital I made the call to shoot the cops and we all got out.

PS. I did not try to resolve this situation after with him on TeamSpeak because it was 2am where I'm from and wannted to go to bed an hour ago.

PSS. could any of the cops with ID 482 and 218 tell me how did you get the info of where we were or what were we doing?

i had a feeling this would appear due to the car locking thingy, im the fella in question, yea tbf ill give that it wasent the best RP on my behalf, honestlly i was planning on going to bed and got asked for a lift by the ranger, i was tired and had to be up at 6:30am and for me at that time it was around 12:30 not the best reason but i was on fumes and just wanted to sleep after fishing

ill try and break some responses down for you, but id be uf for also doing a TS or discord call to make it eaisier?

well i dont think 5 seconds is really a fair ammount of time to do anything, im sure one of the intro clips even mentions 5 4 3 2 1 is a bad RP but besides that, as for the i cant find the lock button, im a lefty so i have the keys remapped all over the place ( I J K L instead of W A S D and so on, and use macros to change alot of bits about and honestlly the 4 of you with guns got my heart racing and i lost track of what was what, but after i located it i unlocked the car for you, and whilst driving me to the hospital you did say to me i dont see why you couldent unlock your car so i locked and unlock the car for you i did clip it but i hadent set the audio correctlly so u can only hear me talk so kinda useless

also on a side note to that i have had times police have asked me to unlock my car when downed to allow them to put me inside and drive me to hospital

yea i did say i had 200k and yea that was a white lie to try and get you to not let me die like i said needed sleep and i cant log out whilst waiting for the bleed out, thought it might go quicker or asumed maybe one of you had a defib to shock me back to life, i was going to give you all the money i had wich was like 56k on hand, and the 120 trout in the truck

as for not giving all the money yea in my mind i was like if i give them 56k what if they like still wait for me to revive and then kil me again, so personally i thought ill hand over 6k rewatching your vid honestlly i dident see you do the /me takes all the money so ill accept my bad on that one, but i was trying to concentrate on the main guy standing on me, i have autism and listening to 4 people speak at once is hard and confusing, i think i mentioned it was a tad noisy for me and i was trying to listen to the 1 guy

i wasent in my head doing anything, like nobody i play with would be online at that time, and we all play gunless so they wouldent of helped anyway hah, i can asume your talking about useing a phone in the hospital bed ? honestlly i dident realise you werent ment to, i mean like when your bleeding out or cuffed/tied you cant use it or your inventory, but you can open them once in the hospital bed so i asumed that as i was now allowed to access them it was okay, so i sent a short message to the police like "help being helt hostage at sandy medical" i dident mention guns i was like mentally RPing it as you never took my phone so i thought ill slip my hand into my pocket and send a SOS? if that was wrong i completlly apologise and ill accept that was my wrong doing i mean if i did it i did it no way about it, tho i beleive the cops would asume you were armed seeing as i mentioned hostage? im only just upto my first month in the city so im still learning alot

the police did take a statment from me at the end and i told them that i used my phone from the bed, none of them mentioned anything in OOC or say like oh you were lucky you had that much range of movment to reach your phone.

im not sure if any of that makes sence like i say autism + dislexyia make for a horrible mess of typing haha, id still like to talk in person so i could apologise to you and maybe your crew for that experiance, id offer some comp but that would problly seem a bit hard to work into RP

on a side note for the Admin who reveiws ill accept any decisions made tho ifd much prefer not to be banned and if possible just resolve with the persons involved, maybe they can give me some tips on whars great RP and whats Bad RP and what the hell meta gaming is and is not, as finding this server has helped me mentaly recentlly and brought me back from a downward time

so like i say once again @baby_brown if youd like to speak in person maybe get your fellas there so i can say sorry for that to you all, regardless of the outcome of this report, id prefer to show good terms atleast

Can you actually just stop? you know why I started counting ? Because when we ran up to your car first thing your friend did was got out with his hand up, but you buddy put your hands up and LOCKED YOUR car and then I started to count to 5 to unlock it, I actually gave you more than 1 opportunitys to do it. if you can lock it wouldn't it be the same button to unlock it ? so just stop....

As I said the post is not about that, but thank you for admitting that you kept on locking and unlocking your car while down, in this situation police can reach into your pockets to unlock the car.

So you think when 4 guys have you at gun point and is watching your every move you can use your phone? So tell me if you would have been up and used your phone and we saw it what do you think would happen to you ? literally you abused a bug and now your trying to get out of it...

You don't have to apologize, nobody was offended, we actually had fun getting away from 2 cops and few trogans that missed every shot  But the fact that we could have spend another 1hr listening to cops (that just got another dub) and next 720minutes in prison and maybe get our cars scraped because of the unpaid tickets just because you used a phone bug is kinda messed up, if that would happened in roleplay it would be fine.

what the hell meta gaming is

I mean you should have figured that out before joining the server as it is mentioned in the rules of the server

yea thats fair and i asumed you would have left me tho i was thinking seeing as i was down and it was so early that there was no NHS about so i would have bled out  and died anyway

im not trying to get out of it im openlly admitting i used the phone in the bed, i cant really get around it in any way saying i dident, im just being truthfull when i said i asumed you could acsess it again so it was fine vs not being able to when downed, no if i was standing up you would have noticed me holding it, seeing as it dident appear in the bed yes illl admit i took a oppertunity i shouldent have, and thats  my bad, no point in trying to worm out of it, assumeing i get to stay in the city ill have to remember that

the only thing i see for meta gameing is

i dident do anything out of game like call cops through discord i mean i used the phone and sent a message to them, that dosent sound like that this rule describes?

but please dont see this as a im trying to worm my way out of trouble, like i can see how you have explained it and i can see i was in the wrong, ill have to remember that for future reference with other situations and honestlly its upto the admins to decide my fate, honestlly id love to stay in the city as its so much fun and iv made quite a few freinds in my short time here but honestlly it would be pointless to try and wiggle out of this in any way, if something was done wrong just gotta own up and accept it

on a side note to any admin would it be possible to disable phones in hospital beds then ?

Sorry for the delay in replying to this gents. Glad to see that you were able to have a mature conversation about it. In future, I suggest you do try and resolve it in private, as this can often be more useful and change-motivating than a ban.

@Samuel-OTSPlease ensure you have had a thorough re-read of the rules, to ensure anything like this from happening again.

FYI, the bug where you are able to access phones in the bed is on the developers' radar, and they are looking into fixing it. Please refrain from utelising this for now.
