Please (in detail) describe the incident: i got dropped off at turf, saw a random guy attempting to sell to a local, I asked him if he was selling he said no he was spreading BLM, he ran off and was using his phone from a distance, I drove past him, he then immediately started selling the moment he thought I left, I caught him and told him to come on the other side of the street, that's where i saw his friend had arrived at the scene and he ran me over and fled along with his friend who fled on a locals car.
