Please (in detail) describe the incident: Got a radio shout that azz had some guy telling him to get out his car upon arrival the guy was back in his car we all jumped out on him told him and his mate get out the car he did not listen so got shot.
Nick got his car out and went to go dump him, 370 said he cant talk hes been shot so Nick tried to apply pressure to the wounds so he could have a little talk where 370 combat logged shortly after saying " I am fading away"

Waited around for about 10/15 minutes see if he would turn back up he did not.

There's not a lot to discuss here. After looking into the logs and matching it up with the evidence you have provided I am in full agreement that the reported player has breached rule C2.3.
