Sadly i do not have the full clip as i started filming from that point onwards when he started to deduce my health and destroying my car to prevent me from escaping

Unfortunately there is no proven context prior to this video so no action can be taken regarding VDM, however, the manor of driving from this person is a prime example of (G1.8) Fail driving.

Please in future record the entire situation else it can lead to lack of evidence for reports.
