Please (in detail) describe the incident: I chased a stolen car to where the driver decamped and then was arrested i put him in my car and was waiting for the owner of the car to come and collect after around 5-6 minutes a black local SUV then came flying up the road with no interaction at all and then just rammed me i believe he was friends with the male in the car
