Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and other hustlers having been trying to receive one of our members cars from the triads parking and at this time we were currently attempting to break into the triads safehouse in order to take some members hostage in the hopes of getting our car back. When planning this we found Bobby Cok (Triad Member) driving past on a bike, we took chase holding guns to him and eventually he breaks down, we try to stop him by point guns at him but he kept running and accidently got run over and due to this he then was incapacitated. Me and another hustler decided to take him to the dodgy doctor to get him up to take him hostage (there was no intent to rob him). From when he went down to the drive to the doctor (Approx 3 mins) there was no RP from Bobby at all through voice or /me. We arrive at the doctor and try to give bobby some RP in regards to getting him up, after the RP we use the defib and from the video you can see that it is successful but he uses /die straight away.

I have spoke to bobby in TeamSpeak about this situation and he said that he "didn't know he wasn't allowed to do it" which I do find difficult to believe and couldn't really come to terms with any sort of compensation regarding the 50,000 I spent. I have since then messaged bobby via discord in regards to sorting compensation via some sort of means and the plan was to get staff involved to see how we could go about this, however I have had no reply in over 12 hours now.

Afternoon mate. So obviously we spoke about it in ts and yeah I agree what I did was wrong but I literally got onto the server like 2 minutes before that and with being told after I had logged in that people were took hostage the night before for over 6 hours I genuinely thought that it was going to turn into terrible rp which I know would of happend. Also the night before one of the triad members had said we will give you the car and your member went on to say “nah we don’t want the fucking car” if only your member accepted the offer when it was given to him we could of ended this back and forth of the bad rp. Like I said at the beginning I know it’s wrong but sitting in a blindfold for hours upon end is a waste of time you know. Going back to the dodgy doctor part. I was running before I got hit by a car which I was in full health at the time and then I had got rammed by it transported to the doctor then very little rp was done to look at my injury’s. Placing a bandage on my knees? In rp you didn’t look over my injury’s just /me placing bandage on the knees and you think that my character would be okay? What if from ramming me with a car could of done more damage than you think? After you had dumped me nhs came and kept trying to revive me but I kept the rp going as I was dead and didn’t let them help.  Also going back to the compensating bit, in Teamspeak you had asked me would I be able to compensate you in game to which I replied most probably  not as I had no money you then said well if staff can’t deal with it I will report you. In my eyes from the start it was really terrible Rp on both parts but will let the staff deal with it how they want to

I have the full clip if staff want it which shows not a single bit of RP from you in regards to your injuries with your voice or /me. You were hit by a car which wasn't going all too fast. I wouldn't say the RP was terrible from our side was terrible as we acted on what little you gave us in terms of RP. If you're expecting full medical RP from gangsters then I would argue you should change your expectation. I am willing to bet in your time playing the server you have used the dodgy doctor to get people up who have been shot multiple times and have not provided RP where every bullet its taken out and treated, so I find it unfair for you to expect better RP when you are lightly tapped by a car, and gave us no RP on the trip.

But even if you think the RP was terrible it could of been spoke about after in TS or make a report for poor RP instead of using /die.

@B2_Emergedo you happen to have any of this recorded and may I ask why when they were picking you up you didn't respond to any of the /me RP. It's all well and good saying they gave first aid to the wrong body part, but this is a game where you can't physically see the wounded area so you've got to sort of make it up as you go along which is why /me is there to enhance roleplay

 
To be completly honest i didnt think about it at the time and i dont have any of it recorded because my NVIDIA has been messing up recently.

@B2_EmergeThis is not ideal, at the start of the clip it's quite clear to see you have not valued your life as you are completely outnumbered and surrounded by several people, yes you may not see the weapons on them however it's at least 2 bikes and 2 cars driving around you. You were then hit by one of the cars and taken straight to dodgy doctor it took them around 5 minutes to get to dodgy doctor and begin treating you. Once you have been picked up then have then immediately used the /die feature, claiming you have been given 'very little rp'. They have cut your top off, and wrapped a bandage on the presumed wound. Unless you instruct them of what the wound is and where I would say it falls to them to discover the wound and make it up as they go on (being realistic of course, not just "Oh you got winded, we'll help you to your feet").

ID 368 will receive a 1 day ban for G2.4 + G1.5
