Please (in detail) describe the incident: Attempted to rob someone in at Taxi Auto Centre, clear cut of NVL, was close to him pulled out a knife, told him to put his hands up he did then proceeds to stab me, I ask to come to discord for NVL, and if you would like to check logs he said in ooc "U tried to rob me. I defended myself. Piss off lmaoo" before this I asked politely to come to discord maybe 3 times and waited for 5+ minutes no one came. I asked one last time, he came to discord, he claimed saying what is NVL I'm not familiar with the roleplay scene, I tried telling him but he kept saying he valued his life by stabbing me. Which clearly shows he has not read the rules at all. Was going to further RP with him like I do with my robberies but ended right there and then.

Just a reminder of the rule since your clearly saying i don't know it. 'if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.'

I was not outnumbered it was a one on one. It was not a disadvantage because both of us had knifes. I'm struggling to see what the issue is. Seems to be a revenge report upon me. If anything. i dont think you running around naked with only pants is roleplay. Wanna talk about that or nah?

Yes I would, if I had a gun to your head and you had a gun, you cant combat roll and shoot me, that would be NVL, and my character is know to be pantless 24/7, I robbed countless people and brought them to an acid pool where I chop up bodies, this isnt a revenge report since I lost nothing except 10 minutes, I am happy to redact this report as long as you have a proper re read of the rules.

Like i said. im new to rp and i had difficulty remembering what NVL meant. i know the general rule of killing for no reason and valuing life etc. But as i stated, i didnt break the rule specifically. However, before this report is closed, you were at a disadvantage you, you had no weapon out and I did, I was incredibly close to you aswell, if you did have a weapon out then alright. Lastly this isnt a revenge report cause like I said, I lost nothing and couldn't care less about a robbery going wrong you are maybe the 4th person that has NVL'd and another NVL that just happened so counts to 5. So please stop accusing of a revenge report because a robbery gone wrong does not matter to me/

Good afternoon,

Considering you are requesting this report to be closed and want to give the player above the benefit of the doubt due to him being new in the community I will honour this.

What I would like to mention is that it doesn't matter if you were outnumbered or not.
Ultimately @XIXIXIXIXIXIXI, you were at the disadvantage in this situation and if someone was holding a knife up to my characters throat the first thing going through my mind would be to value my life in that moment and not to start fumbling around in my pockets for a knife of my own which they would clearly be able to see.
