Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was in the cells dealing with another PIC when I saw one of the PIC's had just gotten out of the cell. As I got to the cell he was in the cell door was locked and he teleported back inside the cell.

Hello @Slawek , I will check tomorrow as I am working today but i belive I don't have a longer clip but maybe @Avion Solar has some footage of the person as he was dealing with him in the cells.

I can't see the player appear on Avions clip? Maybe I am blind...

Sometimes in the cells this happens and is caused by desync/connection issues by either of the players but the players reaction is suspicious right enough. I don't think he has teleported intentionally through cheats however. I think he's either ragdolled into the cell wall and its chucked him out or he's had desync/lag. However I can't prove that.

One to note right enough but I can't place a permanent cheating ban for this clip alone.
