Good Afternoon @Willy The Addict

This is fairly simple with the user in question making himself very clear that he wasn't going to give you anything and was planning to go down. The moment the zipties were removed, he pushed you resulting in you stabbing and downing him and whilst on the floor was once again making it clear that he wasn't intending to give you anything.
