Please (in detail) describe the incident: i witnessed this guy handshaking, he made off through the alleys by Ballas then came to a stop and logged off as per clip. You can catch more of the incident on my stream vids.
I waited around for some time after the incident but he never came back.

Hi @Edwago - R Henderson, I appreciate you taking the time out of your day to make this report!

After looking into this further, I can confirm that this player did not combat log.
They were having connection issues and were unwillingly disconnected from the server which was something out of their control.

The reported player did connect 10 minutes after however assuming everyone had moved on by this point.

Due to the above, I will be declining this player report today.
