Please (in detail) describe the incident: I told this guy to get out of his car when he was under gun point and didn't do so. He had a fatal shot and I could've shot him right in the head. I do not have a longer clip, I cropped it and then regretted it too late. The whole incident is there.

The context is all there that is needed & I said in my thread my reasons for not having a longer clip. I'm also not very interested in paying real money to have a longer clip for medal.tv

There are plenty of other ways you can record gameplay other than using medal which you do not have to pay money for .

In this clip, the moment you pulled out your gun and began aiming it you also positioned yourself at the bonnet of a car.
The reported player in question has acted immediately by moving forward in an attempt to save his own life, considering you positioned yourself in front of the car you in turn got yourself knocked down. Reports like this are extremely contextual, on this occasion I do not personally believe there were any rule breaks here.
