What best describes this incident: RDM
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and Danny Danger were out robbing some stores, trying to get attention and hopefully get some fun RP out of it. We were at this shop along Great Ocean Highway, when the friend of the shop owner, ID 350 got out of the car, yelling something along the lines of "Are you fu**ing mad, are you mad are you mad" and then just proceeded to stab me, and then take my friend (Danny Danger) down and incapitate him.

We were in a liaison but I do not feel like that went any way, and decided to put up a player report due to this. He however stated in discord liaison that he got a text message on his phone of the store being robbed, and stated that this initiated the RP on his end, and could do this.

I believe this is blatant RDM, as no quality roleplay were given before turning to violence on us.

Few Points I want to make.

Firstly why bother talking in discord for 15-20 mins to say to me we will leave it there then and then proceed to put a report up next time don't waste our time and just put the report up.

Secondly you stated in your report you were "trying to get attention" and therefore understood that what you were doing could result in you getting downed or killed.

Thirdly you can clearly see in the clip I did not just attack at first you can see me walk up to your friend in frustration as this shop keeps getting robbed walk past him and try to interact with you but you then proceed to run full force at me which makes me think you are about to hit me with what ever object you were using to break into the till or with your hands. With your friend getting downed it was not my intension untill he pulled his hammer which I then had no choice as he was armed.

And lastly we then decided to talk to you and the shop owner clearly stated to you that you could leave if you gave back the money you stole but you decided to ram my car and also not rp your injuries in doing so as you were hit with a machete which did not affect you at all. Furthermore as stated by the report rules the clip has be 5 or more minutes prior to the incident but will leave that to staff.

Yes, I did say we end it in discord, as the liaison was not going anywhere. You spoke to me and Danny in a quite insulting way, trying to "belittle" us with that you have been here for 4 years, and that this was just common sense to expect being attacked like that. Quite frankly, shocking to not see how you could have provided any more RP before doing this. The outcome of the liaison was to try and come tl a conclusion, but you refused to see that you were doing anything wrong with this. Hence this came to the report.

Yes, we did understand we could get in trouble, however, we expect quality RP. Not just being hit without any prior RP.

3) You said something along the lines of "Are you fu**ing mad, are you mad are you mad". You never took the time to actually tell us your frustration for this. If you actually did, and did tell us the same thing in RP as you did in liaison, this would have been a completely different thing. Does that constitue high quality RP in your eyes? I certainly doesn't for me. At no point did any of us give you any reason to think we were going to just "attack" you. None of us had any hammer in our hand, and quite frankly, yes, we ran, which in RP makes sense as none of our characters want to be taken with our "pants down". Me running out of the shop, towards my car, with the driver door faced to our side, is not "coming at you full force". We expect to get police or shop owners attention, but there is a lot of ways this could have been handled. Yes, you tried to talk to me regards to getting the money back, after you have just shanked down my friend. A consequence of what was done, is that my character obviously don't want to get out of that car and receive the same treatment.

Edit: Would just like to add - The part of you stating that it was not intentional to take down Danny, and you didn't have a choice after he took out the hammer. In the video it clearly shows you trying to "finish him off" with hitting him whilst on the ground. He only took at the hammer after this, so I fail to see how that was unintentional.

4) This report is for the RDM, and I fail to see how this contributes to the report accusing me of not RP-ing my injuries. I got into the car, and I did not take out my hammer trying to harm you after, clearly taking my injuries into account for this. Adrenaline will also make your body able to function with a wound, and I was not incapitated by your actions.

If you read the rules for report it states it has to be 3-5 minutes prior to the reported rulebreak, and it is well within this with over 3 minutes of footage BEFORE you and your friends arrive. Additionally has Danny posted his POV. Also, would like to say, I was trying to get close to see if I had a way to get my friend safely in the car, and also to get the ID of you. I didn't just "ram" you - You were reversing into me, and after the collision you proceeded to still reverse, thinking this was more about you ramming me, than the other way around.
