Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and my friends were in a situation at the city hall where some guy tried to run one of us over randomly and we managed to kidnap him and ziptie him, i then leave my friends to go upgrade my car at LS Customs and then i saw a random guy on the floor laying , i offered to help him to pillbox , but he then started saying people are mugging at city hall and started describing my friends outfits , he then started telling me where his friend who has been kidnapped is located, he didnt know i was with the gang as i had my jacket off, but i tried using my in game comms to find where his friend is to make sure its definitely the same guy he was talking about, he told me where we first took him so i went and checked , his friend was gone, he then told me he was at the pier , so i went to the pier and there they were , my gang and his friend was there , after we found them i pretended to be a random person until put my jacket on and then i told him that what he is doing is against city rules and continued to dump him. we then headed into police liason after the situation with the staff member Logan there to listen , and the guy was just ignoring what we was trying to say and was just trying to flip the situation onto us and then he ended up leaving.
The video i posted is after his friend was kidnapped. Also a note , my mic was a bit buggy so my phone mic didnt work and also it didnt show when i was speaking in game.
