Please (in detail) describe the incident: We chased down a taxi driver who was in the taxi with another player and ask the driver to pull over, as you can see from the first clip the driver will not pull over after being asked many times and after having shots fired at his tires. The first clip ends after we flipped over and we left them. We then found the same guys straight after when we were back on the highway and again followed them asking the driver to pull over. As the driver didn't get out with a gun pointed at his head we shot him and throughout the second clip he continues to talk while in a downed state. I search the passenger and ask him to drop his money, as the clip shows he doesn't and attempts to attack me while having both a gun and taser pointed at him. Both players showed NVL and poor roleplay.

Lets start with the driver of the taxi (ID 504). In the first clip I see no major issues as the driver of the taxi would have a hard time seeing the gun and it is understandable that you do not take someones word in a situation like that. The second video however is a different story, you have previously proven that you do carry a gun and you have also been very close to  the taxi and I do believe that the driver should at that point pull over. Futhermore when the taxi is stopped it does not make any sense to start talking back to someone who is clearly pointing a gun at you. This would be a clear violation of rule G2.4.
For the above reasons player with ID 504 will be issued with a 1 day ban.

Lets move on to the passanger of the taxi (ID 346). As previously demonstrated by shooting the driver it was very clear that his life was in danger. For that reason it makes no sense to start hitting the friend of the gunman. This would also be a clear violation of rule G2.4.
For the above reason player with ID 346 will be issued with a 1 day ban.

I would also like to note for yourself @duckinqthat most of what was said by yourself is along the lines of Stop the car or you will be shot dead which does not seem like high quality roleplay.
