Please (in detail) describe the incident: So I pulled up to PD to check if I had any unpaid speeding a guy (291) in a brown car pulls up behind me asking if I have a repair kit. I did and offered to help him out of nowhere (338) wearing a hospital gown punches me screaming incoherently with a voice modulator on I run up the steps of PD And get my flashlight out just in case I need to defend myself. 338 get distracted by shouting at others so I return to help (291). while in the repair 338 punches me again. I run away again this time I stop and start my recording software while I'm tabbed out (338) ends up stealing (291) car two others appear in a gray car I approach to get a clean look at (338) ID. I then spot a police officer and try to get his help with (338) the crazy man. but the cop notices a downed officer in the gray car and alerts other officers because of hearing this I decided to leave before I leave I stop to holster my flashlight I then get run down by (338) in yet another car while doing so. he flees a cop helps me the other officer and a rando we met on the way to pillbox. at pillboxs we find 338 i recognize his hair and warn the officer his voice was non-modulated he starts harassing the officer helping us and mid-conversation with said officer turns back on his voice is modulator i believe he also tried to attack the officer for no reason 4 min mark in the video the situation ends when i am amitted to pillbox.
i believe he breached G1.1 as he hit me with a car for no reason when there was plenty of space to pass me
i believe he breached C1.10 as there was no RP during the situation + horrific use of a voice modulator
NOTE i did not try to resolve this in team speak as i am awaiting an interview for NHS. and did not want to jeopardize that and i forgot to before sever restart. + only after did i realize i may of broken (G4.4 While you are downed you may not divulge tactical information to anyone.) when i warned the officer if i did break this i apologize for doing so.
