What best describes this incident ?: Vdm

Please (in detail) describe the incident: The driver of the car directly drove into my friend first and then we stopped and he came back to say it was an accident so I had thought his eyes werent working and he couldn't see our characters until player 334 drives back and directly hits me with his vehicle and then i manage to survive and run away, however player 334 still tries to run me over again.

Are you able to provide the evidence on the report at all or via a PM to myself here by any chance? 

 
No problem and thank you for the additional evidence @TripsyFrom looking it does appear there wasn't much roleplay surrounding you both before the player did come back and ram into yourself at high speeds in Paleto. Based on this and the evidence provided I will be issuing a warning against 334 for RVDM.
