Good Afternoon,

For future reference, with something like this a 3 minute clip would be useful in future to assess what happened prior.

Given the context in this situation and the fact you're all stood around chatting, I am willing to action this report without the prior clip. It is a fairly simple case of the user deciding to knock over a group of five people like bowling pins without any RP, and then driving off.
