Please (in detail) describe the incident: at was with rival gang, they shot up our turf, I went back to rescue people, had a guy on my shoulder running down the street with a gun in hand trying to flee the scene, I keep running and a rival gang member ramps the pavement and runs me over. he claims I shouldn't be in the middle of the road when clearly he aims for me.

There was no VDM here, we had just been in a shootout at your turf as you have said yourself. We then took any of our injured to hospital where a member of your gang attempted to shoot us again at pillbox, as a result we went back to your area again to retaliate.

Whilst searching the area I came across yourself, armed with a pistol carrying an injured member of the vagos and you yourself also wearing their colours. As your gang has a reputation at the moment for shooting first and asking questions later along with the ongoing war and more recent shootout, I choose to run you down. Saying you shouldn’t have been on the road was merely sarcasm.

After this situation we took you to a doctor, got you treatment, RP’d a robbery and let you on your way. This wasn’t a case of me running you over and that was that. Unfortunately i have no footage but I’m sure you will agree that this happened.

Also there was no attempt made to resolve the situation before you reported you could have asked to speak in TS if you were unhappy with the situation and I would have been happy to hear you out and take your opinions on the situation.

shoot me in that situation and nothings wrong man wouldnt have blinked twice at it,  you just run me down, I spoke to you in the car where you seemed to think it was fine which I told admins this was for clarification on whether youre allowed to run people over that are a threat and guess you are allowed, cheers.

In order for me to proceed with this Report a Player I am going to need a video between 3 - 5 minutes in length before the alleged rule break takes place. This is for us to best understand the context to the situation.
