Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was patrolling around and came up to pillbox where i was talking to a few people around and de escalating an argument that was ongoing then 328 began speaking OOC so i brought up In OOC for staff to watch which it seemed like he got mad at me for and then attempted to attack me to where i shot him.
Then when trying to do medical presumed his friend ID 97 came and ran over hank to where he was shot in consequence. Then ID number 328 then went OOC on a rage and after all combat logged
