The footage has been reviewed and it is clear that this incident would be a breach of NVL as yourself and your friend had weapons to this player, the player began walking away ignoring your commands to where he decided to try and jump away to give as much as possible distance from yourself to pull a gun. Both you and your friend began attacking him and he has perished..
