What best describes this incident ?: Using vehicle as a weapon against other players and failing to roleplay injuries
Please (in detail) describe the incident: We had a conversation with ID 322 before the main incident initially started. He wanted us to help him kill a gang and we declined the offer and told him to leave. Two minutes later he proceeds to take a local vehicle and uses it as a weapon against 5-6 of us. After the use of this force he was cleanly disposed of by us.
After being shot twice to the head we initially reach the location of disposal where we cut his tongue off. After his tongue was dealt with he still speaks normally and answers back despite all the injuries we had done to him. Unfortunately the footage ended right when we were disposing of him and can understand if actions cannot be taken on the "Failing to roleplay injuries". I am sure one of my friends who was involved in the incident could prove this section of the report if they have a clip of this part.
After the situation eventually cooled off we tried contacting him for 15-20 minutes to come to TS to resolve the situation and ask why he took the actions he decided to take.
We were unable to reach him.
