I am reporting the following individual (317) for RDM and also Cutlass and the NSC for teaming, the reasons as to why I will list below. In this report I will refer to 'Steve' as I, as it is easier for me to write!

To begin, I will add some context...

I hadn't really joined the server on Steve for a while now, so I thought tonight will be the night! I was driving around, talking with people and having some fun! When I drove past a fella whom I remembered to be in a group known as Cutlass, so naturally, I drove by and said, "FUCK CUTLASS" we had a rather heated conversation which led to him driving off, later posting on tweedle, saying something along the lines of "you will pay later" or something like that! I then carried on my day, driving around and conversating with others, when I pulled up to the "bin place", and was shouted at by a lady wearing a grey mask asking about a bounty I placed on her head! I was truly confused but then I thought back, a few weeks ago I did indeed say I would pay someone a few hundred thousand pounds to grab/kill her for me. Alas I profoundly apologized, there was quite a few of them, logically thinking I was outnumbered and was most likely to lose the 5v1 should It come to a shootout! The man started to talk about how the lady was his "misses", which did make me chuckle, so when they left, I put a tweed out saying something along the lines of "ill take ya misses", I carried on driving around, which is where the video comes in to play! I noticed a few cars following so knew something was going to happen, we were shouted at and asked to pull over, so we did! (please bare in mind this group is NSC) Once I pulled over and were speaking with some NSC and hearing them shout to one another. At the time, I didn't realize but you can see Cutlass pull up, I heard my name get shouted a bunch by different people, to which a guy runs up to me and BANG, stabs me! At first I assumed it was NSC, but then heard the same guy, 'k.buzzy' talk, now knowing this was in fact Cutlass!


The reason I believe this to be RDM by Mr.317 is because he did not interact with me in the slightest, not a single word. I do not think a simple tweedle post over 7/8 plus minutes before hand from a completely different person ( same gang diff person ) is sufficient RP to begin attacking and downing me.

(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) : Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)

I now think Cutlass and NSC are both in fact breaking the teaming rule as they are both actively involved in the situation, from NSC getting me to pull over and begin shouting, to cutlass then mingling in and stabbing me.

Ok first of all we didn't team it was just bad timing on us pulling up and then how ever long it took for cutlass to show up we was going to take you ourselves but when we see cutlass also had a problem with you we didn't get involved with it and left you and cutlass to it so as for the teaming i think your just trying to report for nothing bud also you didn't even ask to go QE about the situation which you would of been informed on the whole situation from our side

Only commenting as I was involved,

Basically you got left alone at bins once a few words had been exchanged between you & frank. We decided to leave you alone steve but you could help resorting back to the troll behaviour & posting a what you posted on tweedle, frank decided to go looking for you the second he seen that post as you would.

This i where we spot you near ballas turf and decided to pull you over, as you can see there isn't any cutlass coloured cars in our line of cars! its just another case of you & your troll behaviour falling short steve.

You was seen baiting/calling both groups or people we should say out over tweedle, I'm sure you even replied to one of cutlass post with a reply of you holding a .50? Both groups found you at the same place?

Just to clarify for staff NSC & CUTLASS didnt team or work together In actually fact I WAS SHOT FOR PICKING UP YOUR BODY BY CUTLASS, I dont have the initial situation clipped i have just after but you can people talking about what had happened & cutlass shooting me! (lmk if this needs to be posted)

Hello, I will just respond to both your posts in this one reply for easier viewing/reading!

Huntz - I can understand "bad timing" being a factor as to why you were both there however you must be able to see it from my POV, nothing happens for 8 plus minutes then out of no where I am being pulled over/hunted by NSC all the way down near Ballas turf then miraculously Cutlass turn up and get involved by stabbing me. Please do not fall for the illusion that I am "trying to report for nothing", this report is thought out and planned, not thrown up in desperation. I think it is very silly that both your groups (NSC and CUTLASS) targeted me at the same time and twas not fun, you both actively being there, NSC hunting and pulling me over to Cutlass worming in and stabbing me makes it almost impossible for me to get out of the situation alive as if i had shot at a cutlass member for example, I'm sure NSC would have shot me back! In regards to the no QE, I believe it easier to explain and write out my thoughts rather than having a shouting match, last time I went QE with you I was called an "idiot" which I would much rather not be called again, so I hope you can see my reasoning!

Ronniie - I am slightly confused at your reply, for some reason you keep commenting on my movements and RP as being "troll like" I think this is utter nonsense and simply a way for you to use your "gang status" as a way to ruleplay. Not sure why you are commenting on this bit but, k.buzzy put a tweed out saying something along the lines of "steve you will play for this later" so I respond with a picture of me pointing a gun at a bin (eluding to me pointing a gun at him{trash}), is that me being a troll? or simply responding to a threat? As I was leaving the Bin area, after the little scuffle with NSC, Frank told me to "watch my mouth" or something like that and putting a gun telling me "or ill use this" so again, I respond to the threat by making a post on tweedle! In response to your words "Just to clarify for staff NSC & CUTLASS didnt team or work together" you can see me respond in the first paragraph as I don't want to repeat myself.

you get called out on location and followed asked to pull over in which you pull over at ballas turf in which I'm asking you to move away from their turf as I am not trying to bring shit to ballas in which like you said you posted crap on tweedle resulting in cutlass also looking for you, that being said not one of my members shoot you or stab or anything like that we was gonna take you but cutlass decided to take you instead so we left them to it BUT like Ronnie has stated he got shot at by cutlass for trying to put you in his car as he was confused on the situation and didn't realise cutlass also wanted you so if it was teaming I'm pretty sure cutlass wouldn't of shot at my members if that was the case, your literally trying to tell me what would of happened if you would of shot back at cutlass saying we would of shot you which my response to that is we would of shot you back "IF" you shot at one of my members then yes we would of.

I think it's always fair to go to QE to at least hear someone out and try come to reasoning that way rather then having to make it a long drawn out report, yes I did call you an idiot I believe as I'm pretty sure you was trying to antagonise the situation rather then hear what anyone had to say doesn't mean it would go that way again unless you was just going to go on a wind up again.

Hello Steve,

You stated that Cutlass 'miraculously turn up and' got 'involved' - leading me to believe that you think we informed them of your location.

You decided to talk crap to Cutlass and NSC at the same time, knowing full on well both gang were around the city and would most likely start looking for you, which in fact did happen after we decided to start looking after you tweedled 'ill take ya misses'. Obviously cutlass were looking for you as well, it was just a matter of fact to who found you first. In this instance as seen in your clip, 3 of our members decided to pull you over, although when you look behind, there is a local ruiner keeping some distance under the highway. Later on the clip when you pull outside ballers (also seen in my clip) you can see the same ruiner at the scene, who got out of his car and stabbed you. This proves why cutlass were able to show up so quickly because he was able to inform his own gang at the same time we started contact with you and tried pulling you over, not knowing he was there watching.

You stated that we got you to 'pull over and begin shouting,' which shows how we were the one's initially starting contact, 'to cutlass then mingling in and stabbing' you. Cutlass got involved and we are unable to control them doing that.

I also think you are missing an important factor when it comes to the teaming accusation. After one of the cutlass members stabbed you, one of our members put you in his boot, but then was shot at from a cutlass member, hence why we decided to give you over and carry on with our day and cutlass dealing with you. They stabbed you and they wanted the body, it makes sense.

As you can see Steve has admitted himself to driving by our cars saying fuck cutlass and provoking us on Tweedle, which Kane told Steve that we would catch him soon. This is becoming a pattern with Steve despite being killed off multiple times by cutlass as a whole. It ultimately boils down to Steve provoking us and verbal being dished out from both sides which ended up in Steve being stabbed.

Let’s not be silly and imagine the conversation between myself and “Kane” was one sided, nor my interactions with cutlass in general, you’re attempting to make it seem like I don’t follow the NLR rule (have no idea why this is even being brought up as it has 0 connections to the report but ) which is just not true. Myself and Kane had a verbal dispute, that’s correct but it was 10 minutes before you just randomly got out your car and stabbed me without saying a word, only speaking after I’m down saying “never say fuck cutlass again” or something along those lines. Every interaction has a reaction, I get this and understand that, however I do not expect this poor level or attempted roleplay when killing/downing, I haven’t even mentioned the beyond dreadful RP that followed me being downed, being lobbed on the ground miles away after being stuffed into a boot then left to bleed out and die!

I would like to question how this is ''natural'' as previously mentioned you have been killed off numerous times. You provoked us and got dealt with accordingly me and you both know this isnt RDM and it feels like every interaction with cutlass that doesnt go your way you seem to throw a net out and see what you can catch. I have attached a screenshot of two of the messages which were back to back. You were also flaunting a gun over tweedle aswell which we took as a threat. As for the ''Poor RP'' we tried to provide high quality with you as we do with anyone we deal with but you made it rather hard as there was not any roleplay from yourself let alone any of high quality. I shall not reply to Steve any further and shall only reply to staff from here on out. Thanks

I understand you’re not going to respond so I’ll leave my final message here for staff!

Let me start off with reiterating the fact that my apparent breaking of the “NLR” rule has absolutely 0 connections to what I am reporting for, It’s funny how you attempt to throw off this report by bringing stuff like this up with zero proof! I’m not going to waste my time commenting on that random and bizarre accusation further.

I also must ask you to refrain from “putting words in my mouth” as I obviously DO think this is RDM otherwise we wouldn’t be on the forums having this discussion! As for the “every interaction with cutlass that doesnt go your way you seem to throw a net out and see what you can catch.” this is simply ridiculous, I see RDM so I report for it.

Thanks for providing two tweedle posts, however I don’t really see this justifies your actions in any way whatsoever, yes I responded with a picture of a gun, so? That doesn’t mean you can just stab me without uttering a single word.

I would truly LOVE to see this attempt at High Quality RP, that you apparently attempted to provide after putting me into the boot!

I think it's quite clear NSC and Cutlass aren't teaming up in this scenario; thanks to the video provided, I don't hear Cutlass sharing the same radio frequency; you can also hear the shock, confusion, and some laughter (IIRC) after you @SteveStacy were stabbed. I can understand the confusion on your behalf, but I don't see any teaming happening here - you pissed off two groups at the same time, and both groups found you. It's the price you pay for being a borderline troll-y character.

The attack certainly wasn't random; Steve had pissed off Cutlass, and it seems it wasn't the first time either. However, was there high-quality roleplay preceding and leading up to the attack? No, there wasn't. We are not a KOS server, Steve certainly had some transgressions he needed to pay up for, but that doesn't permit sprinting up to him, yelling, "steve steve", stabbing him, and then say 'Fuck your mother', followed by other insults.

I'd like to point this out: "We would catch him soon", taken from your reasoning posted @Rico Roberts, isn't high-quality roleplay; Steve knows what might happen to him, I agree, but the RDM rule is quite clear - provide high-quality roleplay BEFORE attacking. Tweedle posts, "get words", police dispatches, etc aren't forms of high-quality roleplay. Furthermore, the tweedle post states "catch" - catch implies to me kidnapping, further roleplay, then likely kill or torture & release. There wasn't even an attempt to "catch" Steve, unless, of course, you mean sweeping his incapacitated body off the floor. I also googled roadman slang to see if catch meant something different, and I couldn't find anything in my brief surf of the web.
