Please (in detail) describe the incident: (G1.5) From 18:00 We had killed player 317, We had then proceeded to take his phone and radio etc etc, his friends didn't know where he was whatsoever, I then bumped into his friends from the Clinton Fuel gas station , then I got out of the situation of being around them, I go and re-fuel and then go and decide to hold the guy somewhere(317), and "coincidently" (435) finds the exact spot that I go to and rams into me, then gets out of the car and starts to stab me. The whole clip will explain everything. There is no way he was with me, I was there for 2-3 minutes prior.
I do admit I need to act out my injuries a bit better etc to provide a better RP Experience. I do apologize on that behalf. Appreciated. I was just annoyed with the power gaming.
There was no way that they saw where I went or whatever, at all.
I had tried to resolve this via Discord, but no body decided to show.

I have reviewed the footage and sadly to say that your footage isn't long enough to determine whether ID 317 & 435 broke a rule. If you have further footage which is around 3-5 minutes before the initial rule break occurs that'd be great but otherwise, I will have to decline this report due to lack of evidence.
