Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was riding around the city and as I was going past pillbox a taco van drove over someone's motorbike (03:20). Shortly after the same taco van can be seen returning and driving straight into me with no prior interaction (04:15), it then tries to come back for another attempt of RVDM (05:00) however gets shot down by police.

Hi @1A3, thank you for taking your time to put this report up! I have hidden the evidence due to staff features being visible in the clip.

I can clearly see in this evidence you had no prior interactions with the player in question & whilst riding passed the hospital on your mobility scooter you are then ploughed down by a truck steering into you without saying a word.
This does indeed fall under RDVM, due to the above I will be acting on this report with the following:
