Please (in detail) describe the incident: A few of us from taxi auto centre were talking near the rank whist waiting for the 4pm storm to hit and a truck driven by id309 mounted the kerb and drove into us downing 2 of us. It then turned around and rammed us again trying to get 2 others. I had been in the server for around 40mins prior to this and had no prior engagement with id309.

I didn’t manage to get the ID but the other guy downed did, I'm sure logs can confirm this as the storm hit right after the incident and id309 was still near the rank.

After looking into this, there has clearly been no attempt of any High Quality Roleplay during this scenario. ID 309 has simply RVDM'd you before turning around and coming back for others without saying a word. Due to this, I will be acting on this with the following today:
