What best describes this incident ?: RDM, FAILRP

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I attend a cocaine processor, Upon arriving I see 3 people, I panic as I was afraid a gun was going to be pull on me instantly. None of the 3 people inside the cocaine processor spoke. This makes me feel its fail RP, No Roleplay involved to the build up of '3'. However @Siren who is a staff member was very adamant and said it was not RDM considering I've pulled my taser and used it.

My understanding of RDM from how G1.2 is explained :


(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.) - Mass RDM is a permanent ban.

'I don't believe ID: 3 took part in any form of roleplay as they did not use their voice.'

I went to liaison to discuss and say I felt it was RDM as no voice was used the whole time which does make me think fail RP as well. One of the people in the Liaison was like you do realize Siren is a staff and she was there. I felt there was no need to continue liaison if a staff member is going to tell me its not RDM when they are involved in the situation. I thought staff members are not allowed to say if it is rdm or not if they are involved in the situation as its a biased decision!

This was my first altercation with any of them in this clip prior I can upload more if needed.

Hello @RichieRichUKSince I have been mentioned in this report I will give my side, I joined the liaison as a player who was involved in the situation, not as staff. I said in my opinion it wasnt rdm as you had actively tried to tase us and when you mentioned how another staff had told you shooting without saying anything is rdm, i tried to explain what kind of situations they might have been refering to as this situation would have been different as we were not the aggressors. I told you at the end if you felt a rule had been broken then feel free to pop a player report up and another staff member will deal with it 🙂

My Initial understanding of RDM is if you do shoot someone without any words its rdm, I was told this by multiple staff members I could be wrong in this case as every situation is different. Their was 3 of you in that situation and not one of you spoke until both of us were downed which I think its pretty bad roleplay. In my opinion you could have ended up holding me up as there is 3 of you and 1 of me left standing. I would also like to point of you say :

When in the liaison why did one of the people involved in the situation say you do realise siren is a staff member. I feel that was unnecessary if you are a staff member or not, I was there to discuss the situation but didn't want to continue after I felt it was turning very bias due bringing power into the conversation.

Shot without any voice or interactions with myself or the fellow officer involved. Yes Taser was drawn just thought roleplay could have been used in the situation considering there was 3 of them 2 of us. 

Overall I felt the Roleplay was terrible from their behalf, If he spoke and pointed the gun at me I would of put my hands up. As soon as he shot my fellow officer I wanted to react but he gave no voice continuing the scene. Liaison was terrible considering a staff member who was involved was present and used as leverage in my opinion.

Hi sorry for not responding sooner. From what I gathered from this situation was the police came and try to hold up 3 of us while we were cutting coke. The officer then tried to tase myself 1 time which I decided to try and move away from this officer and then he proceeds to try again so i took this has an act of aggression and I didn't want to go to jail so I decided he has tried to harm me so I took the decision of shooting both officers present to provide a quick get away because i had previously saw the officer panic when he first entered the room. I personally dont see this as rdm because he has tried to tase me twice before i have showed any force back towards him.

As I said in Liaison @TheScottishDuckI thought it was RDM but I believe it was you that said in liaison Their is a staff member here you do realise, I felt no point in continuing to liaison as she was involved and you brought it up as a power leverage against myself when all I wanted to do was speak about the situation with you having 0 voice in the shooting. I know from my own knowledge of the rules shooting without any form of RP is RDM. You did not say a word. I could be wrong but I feel  this is the bit that is wrong :

You have no form of quality roleplay in your shooting, You just wanted to win the situation instantly and leave, you could have made it an interesting situation. None of you in that room spoke once. @Sirensaid in liaison it was defiantly not rdm which I strongly believe it is but w/e. 

I understand what you are trying to say you wanted to get away but you didn't even talk.

I'll respond to this formally tomorrow however.
I just want to point out that Siren had joined that liason as a PLAYER.

What she has said within this liason was not her opinion as staff but as the player involved in this situation.​
 
You claim all i wanted to do was win, you as a police officer have entered a known location for cocaine cutting, there is one way in and way out yet you decided to force the situation in your hand by stating you will tase us and we need to immediately put our hands up and tase people who are very far from you, you then claim no words were said had you come closer and tried to speak rather than instantly pressing your panic and saying hands hands hands, this to me is very poor roleplay and your choice of words said it all, if anything you didnt NVL you were out numbered and said yourself we might have guns but then proceed to enter with taser bit of a eye brow raiser as im sure you are taught in police a gun out matches a taser but since in game mechanics taser is more powerful you tried to out match it which to me is rather poor and borderline powergaming.

Yes I understand that @PsianaRamaIt wasn't actually Siren who brought she was a staff member I believe it was @TheScottishDucksaying you do realize a staff member is in here which I don't understand why he brought it up in the Liaison. 

You had the chance to speak but you chose not to and shot with your gun. I don't expect what more you want me to say or do. I had a taser pointed at you from the very start and you still pull a gun and shoot with 0 words. Your roleplay did not exist the whole scenario.

This wasn't RDM however the situation wasn't the best either.
Molotov I don't want to see another report targeted at you for not saying anything or saying the bare minimum.

There will not be a ban from this report however if I see ANOTHER report for lack of speaking and minimum attempt of roleplay it'll be a ban Molotov.
