Please (in detail) describe the incident: Had an RP incident where somone took my car and kept coming back so i tried to fight him for it to where eventually he got downed from me hitting him with my car, as i was driving around to decide what to do with this playerer i could hear him either talking to his mate on a phone or in a room trying to organise money being given to me (bugger all BTW) and to try and get to him to stop everything

Thank you for taking the time to make a player report.

Upon looking into this player I can confirm this player has already been permanently banned from the server for something else. Now looking into this report for Metagaming, The player in question was indeed on a discord call however no other player did show up only them hot micing. As per the rules for Hot Mic;

(G3.3) Hot MicWhile external communications are discouraged, if used, you must hot-mic all communications that have been made over any external methods or phone conversation when they are relevant to influencing the course of roleplay. This means that if you are communicating to fellow team members via any external methods or phone conversation and you are in audio proximity range of another player (they can hear you or your hands are up), you must hot mic any commands given so the rival player can overhear.

However within this video the player didn't roleplay their injuries and was using discriminatory language. Since this is the case I will be going ahead and actioning the report and will add this on to their current ban.
